Shipping and Info

Please always allow up to 14 working days for an item to be dispatched. Everything is hand printed to order by myself so sometimes it can take a while. Check your spam/junk folders for a shipping confirmation email

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of placing it, please let me know and I can sort it out - after this 30 days I won't be able to refund you

Only orders over £50 are sent tracked.

Tracking internationally from the UK is very expensive so for small orders it’s not viable.

Shipping internationally can sometimes take 6 weeks so please be bear this is mind and be patient. Although usually it tends to take 2-3 weeks.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to fees and tariffs costs your end.

US customers - your president keeps changing the tariffs constantly so it's an ever changing situation. Currently I'm absorbing the costs of the tariffs and paying them through Royal Mail so there is nothing for you to pay.

If you incorrectly enter your address and the order bounces back to me then I will refund your order minus postage costs.

If your order bounces back due to insufficient address then I will refund you minus postage costs
